Privacy Policy

When you place an order, we collect the name and WhatsApp phone number you provide, the selected products, prices, order notes and order status. Email is not required for storefront checkout. The order service may receive a technical IP address and stores a salted one-way hash of it for a short abuse-prevention window; it does not store the raw address in the order record.

Your cart and theme preference can be stored locally in your browser. Optional analytics is disabled unless you explicitly accept it in the privacy choices prompt.

We use order details to confirm availability, respond on WhatsApp, deliver or activate the selected plan, handle support, prevent abuse, resolve disputes and maintain business records. We do not use optional analytics for advertising personalisation by default.

Order and catalog data is processed through our hosted database and infrastructure providers. When you choose WhatsApp support, the message and information you send are handled by WhatsApp and its applicable terms and privacy policy. We do not sell customer information.

We retain order and support records only for as long as reasonably needed for fulfilment, fraud prevention, disputes, accounting and legal obligations. You may ask what information we hold about you, request correction or ask whether deletion is possible for a completed record. Some records may need to be retained for legitimate business or legal reasons.

To make a privacy request, message CheapOTT on WhatsApp with your order ID (if available) and the phone number used for the request. Do not send passwords, OTPs or payment PINs.
