How ordering works

Delivery & Activation

CheapOTT uses WhatsApp-assisted ordering so the exact plan and activation method can be confirmed before payment.

The usual flow

  1. Choose a listing and send the order request through the site or WhatsApp.
  2. Support confirms availability, duration, region, activation method and total price.
  3. After you approve the details, support shares the applicable payment instructions.
  4. Once payment is verified, support provides the confirmed digital delivery or activation steps.

Timing and availability

Delivery timing depends on product availability, verification and the activation method. Do not rely on an “instant” assumption; ask support for the current estimate before payment. A plan can become unavailable or change terms before confirmation.

Safety reminders

CheapOTT will not ask for your OTP, UPI PIN, card PIN or banking password. If an activation method needs account access, confirm the authorised method and the underlying provider's rules in WhatsApp before proceeding.

After activation

Save the order reference and the confirmation conversation. If access is missing, incorrect or stops working, contact support promptly so the order can be checked under the Refund & Replacement Policy.
